A blend of Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc, which have been harvested before reaching phenolic maturity.
The light color bears evidence to the fast pressing and the short contact time the new wine has had with the grape skins.
The fermentation period is long, under cold temperatures, resulting in a light and refreshing yet prominent wine.
The rosé bears an aroma of tropical fruit, peach and roses, and goes down with a lychee, lime, grapefruit and peach flavour.
The recommended serving temperature is 8 degrees Celsius.
