Razi’el Non-Vintage is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blanc of different vintages. The wine was fermented and aged in 600 liters French oak barrels for 6 months. After bottling, the wine goes through second fermentation and ages with the yeast lees for 2 years. This sparkling wine is produced in the “Traditional Method”. It is a dry wine, Brut Nature – Zero Dosage, medium bodied, with aromas of citrus fruits and a hint of brioche, high and refreshing acidity, with very fine bubbles and a long finish.
